Brodie - Buy a meat grinder if you don't have one. Great for fish with fine bones. My uncle used to catch alot of freshwater Pike. Lots of thin y bones. He would fillet, then put the fillets in the meat grinder bones and all. Then blend with onions, garlic, potatoes and such to make fish patties. Bit of lemon juice, pepper, hot sauce. YUM. CHeers mate.
