Once had a huge hawksbill try to swim into my mask while scuba diving at the Flower Garden Banks off of Galveston. I finally had to hold my speargun against it's throat to hold it off. I think it saw a mate's reflection in my mask. BTW, this was 1972 when we used to fish there.
